I ordered from shygems.com and ended up asking for a refund because the item just wasn’t what I wanted. the whole thing annoyed me more than it should have. Customer service did answer, but only after I had to send multiple messages and sit around waiting like it was somehow my fault they weren’t moving things along.
I did eventually get my money back, so fine, at least that happened. But the refund process was way slower and more confusing than it needed to be, and I blame them for making a simple return feel like a hassle. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not smooth.

It pretty much looked just like the pictures so there weren’t any surprises when I saw it in person and I appreciated that because sometimes listings make things look way better than they actually are.

I’m not totally convinced about the stone. It didn’t look very genuine to me, and I couldn’t really verify whether it was real or not. I feel like the quality used to be better, so this was a bit disappointing.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and reached out to get it exchanged. They did respond, but everything felt slower than it needed to be, and I had to repeat the same details more than once, which got frustrating.

I was fine with paying return shipping, but the lack of updates made the whole thing feel more stressful than similar exchanges I’ve done with other brands, where the process was much clearer. I did get the replacement in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, just more annoying and drawn out than I expected

I wore this ring for a short time and it already started turning my finger green. I’m confused?? It looked okay at first, but the quality feels cheap and it didn’t hold up at all

I had a good experience using shygems.com. The pages loaded quickly, which I always appreciate, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find the rings I liked. Checkout was simple too, not a bunch of unnecessary steps or anything. Overall, it just felt smooth and easy to use.

I don’t really trust this site... something about it just feels off, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it.

At first glance, I was a bit disappointed because some of the small details looked off right away. The overall design was close to what I expected, but those little issues made a bad first impression and kept it from feeling fully polished.

I ordered a ring from ShyGems mainly because the price was better than a lot of other places I had been looking at. I’ll be honest, I was a little worried it might be one of those deals that looks good online but ends up disappointing in person.
Thankfully, the ring actually looks really nice for what I paid. The stone and setting don’t feel cheap, and even the box was decent. The only downside was the shipping, which took a few days longer than I was hoping, so that had me second-guessing things for a bit.
In the end, I’m happy with it. It’s not perfect, but I don’t feel like I got fooled or overpaid, which was my biggest concern. For the price, I’d say it was a solid buy
